By "Hurly Burly" I think it was a pun for Hurley, which is another one of the characters from "Lost".

It's not a signed picture, it's a signed Hurley action figure (in a box). Jorge Garcia (the actor who plays Hurley) even talked about this a couple of weeks back, I think in a Letterman interview. Not sure where I saw that though.
Great, thank you for the information, not really a big "Lost" fan but I understand the feeling.
